Conclusion

In all Shakespeare, whoever he or she was, is still incredible. Their work is admired by millions and always will be. "They" have made all walks of life relatable to someone, somewhere. "Shakespeare's" work is the all time classic, written by someone unknown; but there is enough information to support that Shakespeare wrote his writing and enough to support he didn't.

INTRO

Shakespeare's work is well known throughout the world. The plays and poems he wrote have been performed by many for centuries but was his work really written by him? If he did write what they say he wrote, then he was a busy man. His work includes 38 plays, 154 sonnets, and 2 epics. Is that possible in a lifetime or was he just that talented?

What I Think

I don't think that Shakespeare wrote all of his works. I think that some of the likely people that they think may have wore some of his plays acutally did. The reason I say this is because by them saying that Shakespeare wrote the play they would attract more people to the plays and then they would make more money. There are a lot of different arguments about this but i think that mainly Edward De Vere was probably the person who wrote the majority of the fake Shakespeare plays.

What I think

I think that this dispute is really stupid. Shakespeare is the only one that could have writen all of these stories. Yes it is hard to believe that one man could have written all if these stories, but that is why Shakespeare was so highly educated and had a great imagination and understood how to write a very good play. Shakspeare is the one and only person that wrote those plays.

The People That Could Have Created Shakespeare's Works

The opponents say that Sir Francis Bacon was the first and for many years the most popular candidate proposed as the real author of Shakespeare’s plays.Although some people question if he had enough spare time to produce quality work because he also produced such a voluminous output of his own. But other anti- Stratfordians believe that Edward de Vere, the 17th Earl of Oxford was the true writer of Shakespeare’s plays, poems, and books. Other men that have been credited authorship include Roger Manners, the 5th Earl of Rutland; William Stanley, the 6th Earl of Derby; and Sir Walter Raleigh. Some anti-Stratfordians have also claimed that the writer Christopher Marlowe was the actual author. Marlowe would be the ultimate ghost writer, as he was stabbed to death in a tavern brawl in 1593. However, there are those that say Marlowe really didn't die; according to some, he was actually an occasional spy in the employ of the Crown. This eventually necessitated a fake death, after which Marlowe went on for an undetermined number of years writing poetry and plays under the nom de plume of Shakespeare. In spite of the claims made for these men, no important Shakespearean scholar doubts that Shakespeare wrote the plays and poems.
